Clinic Policies
-
A valid health card is required to get the service at the clinic. Expired, invalid or a digital photo of health card is not accepted.
-
The front desk staff are not able to answer any questions regarding your medical care and they can’t offer you any referral or test requisition.
-
All health-related questions and requests for referrals to specialists, lab testing, or scans must be directed to the doctor and require an appointment.
-
Rude, abusive, or aggressive language or behaviour (whether online, over the phone, or in person) will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate dismissal from our practice.
-
None of the doctors are available everyday. If you come as a walk-in, you may see another doctor who is not your family doctor.
-
Please schedule regular check-ups, annual physical, screening tests and immunizations ONLY with your own family doctor.
-
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins and provide appointments in a timely manner. However, you may expect some delay and waiting time depending on our workload and the needs of each patient.
-
Some services are not covered by OHIP and are called “uninsured services”. These may include notes, letters, forms, and some medical services. All uninsured services must be paid in full when rendered; office staff will provide a receipt upon settlement of your account.
